Pipeline Initiatives

QUEST Educational Initiatives, the not-for-profit arm of QUEST Diversity Initiatives, is engaged in the Community Service Initiative (CSI). CSI’s goal is to diminish the unemployment rate of underprivileged communities by strengthening the talents and skills of its members.

QUEST presents employment education workshops to communities with poverty levels that are well below the national average. (A community’s economic viability is directly linked to crime rates, school performance, and health indicators.)

QUEST partners with high schools, organizations and community centers that work with lower income communities to provide workplace readiness programs for first generation college students, people with disabilities, welfare-to-work, teenage mothers, and the formerly incarcerated. The workplace readiness programs cover a variety of areas—for instance, dress for success, business etiquette, dining etiquette, and interviewing skills
