This meeting gives your key leaders an opportunity to learn more about QUEST. During this meeting, QUEST and your organization would:

• Discuss your organization’s goals and vision for implementing a compliance or diversity initiative
• Discuss various ways in which QUEST’s services and products could advance your organization’s diversity or employment compliance initiative
• Provide planning advice and guidance for creating or jump starting a diversity committee
• Provide suggestions for avoiding planning and implementation pitfalls and discuss QUEST’s methodology for designing an assessment.

 

 

 

b. Business Case for Diversity & Inclusion Presentation

This session is used as the framework for helping your organization’s management, committees, and key stakeholders understand the impact diversity may have on your business or organization—from top talent deciding not to seek employment with your organization to clients and customers taking their business elsewhere because of your organization’s reputation for advancing diversity.

This presentation explains the benefits, and realities, of diversity including:
