Here are some of the other projects that have been keing QUEST busy:National Non-Profit: Delivering a half-day micro-inequities session for the board members, organizational leaders, and staff

 Fire Department: Analyzing barriers to recruitment, retention, and promotion for black, Latino, and women firefighters in a metropolitan fire department

D.C. Government: Conducting an assessment of the confidential responses, which were gathered during a QUEST inclusion training session, to help the agency's diversity planning committee determine its next steps National Non-Profit: Developing a customized training curriculum and train-the-trainer guidebook for organizational leaders and staff
    

KUDOS Corner

Although I wasn't a speaker at the following events, I want to give a special kudos to a couple of organizations that are doing a fine job of bringing attention to workplace diversity and inclusion: 

Minority Corporate Counsel Association(MCCA) for a well-produced gala and

NABA for continuing to raise funds for scholarships that help students of color enter finance and accounting professions
